My Diving Writing

 Early in the morning, diving in the deep blue sea, I saw by an ancient statue, shaped like a body. I could see 4 divers swimming across the sea with lights and swim fins. As quiet as a mouse I could hear bubbling noises coming from our air tanks. I felt nervous, frightened but excited because nobody had seen this ancient treasure before. I wondered if there was something in that ancient statue I surely wanted to find out but there is no time for that now, I have to go back. I wonder if I will see dolphins as I swim to the surface?

Room 8 Green week

Today the Ocean Cleaner came into school to tell us all about what they do. They showed us pictures of rubbish and plastic in the ocean. Birds eat this because they think it is  food.  You can help by picking up any rubbish you see. 

On Monday Vector cam to school to talk us about sustainable energy. I helped out by showing how solar power works by using the energy from the sun.
